Training with the tactile color compass: Inclusive forms of communicating tactile images
We guide the participants through three teaching methods using tactile images and tactile descriptions.
Target: To gain practical experience with tactile images and our tactile color compass in order to make colors perceptible, to pass them on and to discuss them. The workshop is suitable for educational professionals, museum / inclusion educators at museums, among others.
Two works of art demonstrate what the sense of touch is capable of, where its limits are and which different methods can be used to successfully convey art to those people who cannot see art with their own eyes.
